The Site provides information about our manufacturing services and lets you contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or unlawful content, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

Capabilities, tolerances and lead times depend on the specific part, material, quantity and finish, and may change without notice. We do not warrant that the Site is error-free or always available.
Nothing on the Site, and no reply to an inquiry, is a binding offer. Prices, quantities, specifications, lead times, payment and delivery terms are binding only when stated in a formal written quotation issued by Zida Precision and accepted by you, or in a purchase order or contract confirmed by both parties. If these Terms conflict with such a written quotation, purchase order or contract, the written document prevails.
You keep all rights in the drawings, CAD files, specifications and other information you send us. We treat them as confidential and use them only to evaluate, quote and manufacture your parts; we share them only with manufacturing partners that need them to perform part of that work. We do not use your designs for any other customer or purpose. If you require a separate non-disclosure agreement, contact us and we will review it with you.
By sending us files, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that manufacturing the parts as specified does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The text, images, logos and design of the Site are owned by or licensed to Zida Precision. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and social-media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zida Precision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our liability for parts and services we supply is governed by the applicable written quotation, purchase order or contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for this purpose, the laws of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site that cannot be settled by negotiation shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
